Attention Parents:
If your student must leave to attend a school function or family event prior notification is required.  We will assume your student will be staying the entire weekend unless told otherwise.   Students will NOT be allowed to leave unless the parents have cleared it with Mike.

Attention High School Parents:
– No JH/HS students will be allowed to drive during this weekend.  If there are special circumstances please talk to Mike.  If I don’t hear from you, then we will assume that your student does not need their vehicle.  All students’ vehicles will be parked in the North parking lot (next to the playground and Childrens Building) on Friday night.

Great Spirit and Attitude

We will be focusing on:

Digging into Isaiah’s prophecy of Christ bringing hope to the hopeless, good news to the poor, and freedom to those trapped in darkness, ROOTED explores what the Bible means when God’s children are called “oaks of righteousness planted to display God’s glory in the world.”

Lesson 1
Students will reflect upon how a universal need for hope changes the way they see the world.

Lesson 2
Students will evaluate the expressions of hope in their lives.

Lesson 3
Students will identify practical ways to experience the hope of Christ through steps of faith.

Lesson 4
Students will begin to value the empowering freedom of living each day for the sake of eternity.
