It's where children, worship and the arts converge. On Sunday nights from 5pm to 7pm, all kids from kindergarten to fifth grade meet on the basketball court to get started. And for those too young for Collide, there's Rhythm Rookies Music Activity hour. Just keep reading!

A new way to think about Kids’ Choir

Forget about sitting forever-frozen in a chair. Collide is about moving, doing, and creating. Kids will sing songs, design artwork, create dramas, play instruments, and so much more. It all comes together in worship, where everything we do will show up in the "big church" worship service. It’s a new way to think about Kids’ Choir. And that new way is so much bigger than just music.

Keep it moving

Every 20 minutes it’s a new room, new activity, and new leader. Gone are the days of the same songs droning on for months and months. Every 6 weeks, Collide begins a brand new verse with fresh music, artwork, drama, instruments, games and activities. There’s always something new to learn just around the corner.

The Google generation in worship

The Gutenberg generation is bringing up the Google generation, where words are slowly giving way to images. As the arts take a more prominent role in worship, kids at Northside will be ready to engage the creativity, making music, art, dance, and images to help the world worship our creative God.

All over the world

Music & art from around the block and around the world: it’s all part of Collide. We’ll sing hymns and worship songs in every style, complemented by rhythms and melodies from across the globe.

Awesome snacks and sweet surprises

Every week you’ll stuff your face with a super-tasty treat, and you’ll never know when we’ll scrap the plan and have a dance party, concert, or field-trip.

A little too young?

For our preschoolers who are too young for Collide, we have Rhythm Rookies Music Activity hour from 5pm to 6pm in the children's building. Here we lay a strong foundation to prepare preschoolers to get the most out of Collide.
