Alvesa joined the Northside staff in January 2010. Alvesa is married to James Benavides and they joined their families in December 2008. She is a member of the Northside Choir and participates in our annual Christmas pageant. She also leads Womens Bible Study groups and is Northside's group leader for the Women of Faith event. Alvesa finds joy in helping wherever she's needed around the office. Her greatest joy comes from being able to worship together with her family and listening to her children quote scripture and sing Worship songs.

Judy Carroll has been working in the church office for 20 years as a ministry assistant. She and her husband Jay have been married for 42 years. They have one son, Jason ,and he has been married for 3 years to Ana Lilia. (No little Bambino's yet). Jay and Judy have lived in the Victoria area for 41 years and have been members of Northside for 33 years. When she's not at the church, Judy likes to shop 'til she drops .

Nancy Catledge began working in the church office on January 31, 1983 after Jimmie Mize, the pastor, asked her to consider coming to work as pastor’s secretary. Nancy has served as a Ministry Assistant to 6 pastors. This “job” has actually proved to be a calling from the Lord to join Him in His ministry at Northside Baptist Church. When Buddy Catledge moved to Victoria and joined Northside, he and Nancy began dating. They married September 4, 2004. Her children are Jeana Crump, Joni Garrett and Justin Elliott. The three children are married to Christian spouses and have given Nancy nine precious grandchildren. She considers herself so blessed to have such a wonderful family.

Phyllis will have worked in the office at Northside for 30 years. Presently she maintains all the records for church membership, Bible Study, Discipleship Classes and Mission Organizations. She also maintains newcomer records and provides information to staff and members for the outreach/evangelism programs, prepares mailouts for Sunday School classes, Discipleship Training and Mission Organizations and anything else that is requested of her. She feels blessed to work in the church office at Northside. She gets to work with many of the members of the congregation in various ways & counts them as her friends.

Rebecca McQuillen has been a member of Northside since 1994, but came to work for the church in February 2006 as the Staff Accountant. Prior to working for Northside, Rebecca worked at a local accounting firm for 17 years and Victoria ISD for eight years. She graduated from Texas A&M with an accounting degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. Rebecca is married to John McQuillen and has one daughter, Michelle, and two grandchildren. Rebecca teaches the Single Mom’s Bible Study Class and also participates in the Northside Christmas Pageant and the church orchestra.
